Paul: Hi guys. It is Paul and Cari here once again with another video review for you for hookah.org. This one, as you saw at the beginning of this video, is for Social Smoke Absolute Zero, which I guess you could call a mint flavor, though to me it’s very much straight menthol.
As you can see, the clouds are great, which is pretty standard for Social Smoke. I’m a big fan and if you’re looking for a very cool mentholated tobacco, this is pretty much the pinnacle for that.
It is probably one of the best mixers I think on the market because it doesn’t have much mint flavor to it, so you don’t have to worry about how that’s going to blend with any other flavor. If you just want that cooling effect added to your session, this’ll definitely do it.
Cari: There’s no real flavor to this. It’s mostly just a very strong cooling sensation on the back of your throat, which is a really nice thing every so often and is great for mixing things and also just great to do on a day when you feel like smoking something cold.
This would be great on a hot summer day and you want to smoke something but you don’t want it to be any sort of flavor. You just want that chill.
Paul: Not that many of us really have the time in the morning, but I think this is a great morning smoke, so it’ll wake you up to say the least.
Cari: It’s nice and cool and cooling on the back of the throat and soft palate.
Paul: Clears the sinuses nicely.
As a mint flavor, it’s okay as a straight cooling flavor, which is definitely what it advertises itself as for absolute zero. It’s a 10/10 in that regard. You don’t get much colder than this.
