Nirvana Cold Sweat ShishaDespite the name, Cold Sweat is a highly recommended blend produced in Kansas by Medwakh.com. For those of you who haven’t heard of Nirvana Super Shisha, it is a new concept blending shisha with another traditional middle eastern tobacco called dokha (for an excellent explanation of what dokha is, click here)

Cold Sweat opens with a semi sweet lemon flavor on the inhale accompanied by a natural watermelon. The exhale begins with a natural orange taste. The core of the exhale however is a tart lemon taste with wonderful watermelon undertones. Cold Sweat is a smooth and refreshing smoke. The potency of the dokha is well masked. The shisha as a whole gave the impression of lemon heads and dragon fruit. As the bowl progressed we got some lime notes at the tail end followed by a faint natural watermelon similar to Nirvana’s Spanish Fly. It was sweet, but not candy sweet like Al Fakher’s Watermelon.

We chose to light pack our phunnel bowl and it smoked great. Cold Sweat didn’t display the heat brought forth from the dokha that most Nirvana shishas possess – probably due to the citrus flavor profile. The buzz on the other hand was out of this world. If you are looking for an introduction to Nirvana Super Shisha or enjoy citrus flavors, we definitly recommend Cold Sweat.
